peti4d is committed to preventing underage gambling. Where there is reasonable suspicion that an account holder is under the age of 21, peti4d may immediately suspend the account and withhold any funds pending full age verification. If age verification fails, any deposits may be returned to the original payment method and all gaming activity during the period of use will be declared void.
Players found to have provided false age information will be permanently barred from the platform and reported to the relevant regulatory authority.
peti4d accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following payment methods: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, FPX (including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and other participating Malaysian banks), Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering best practices. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 unless otherwise specified. peti4d aims to process withdrawal requests for fully verified accounts within 15 minutes; however, processing times may be extended during high-volume periods or where additional verification is required.
Before processing a first withdrawal, peti4d requires full KYC verification, including identity document and proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in a hold on withdrawal requests until verification is satisfactorily completed.
peti4d reserves the right to impose a 48-hour security review on withdrawal requests that trigger automated fraud detection systems. During any such review, the player will be notified by email or through the Live Chat support system.
Any bonus funds remaining in your account at the time of a withdrawal request will be subject to applicable wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Real-money funds and bonus funds are tracked separately within your peti4d wallet.

The following conduct constitutes abuse of promotional offers and will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and may result in account suspension:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, transmit, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the peti4d platform without prior written consent. Unauthorised use of peti4d intellectual property may result in legal action.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, peti4d shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

These Terms and any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of the peti4d platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which peti4d holds its gaming licence. The relevant gaming authority shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes relating to the operation of the platform that cannot be resolved through internal dispute resolution processes.
